Aaryn earned a Masters of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Memphis. She is passionate about serving children with Autism, parent education, and increasing access to communication for all. Her favorite part of being a speech therapist is building relationships with her clients. Aaryn has a Certificate of Augmentative and Alternative Communication that she worked hard to earn. Aaryn is a relational and caring team member who loves reading, shopping, and spending time outdoors.

Occupational Therapy Assistant, Mentor
Abagail earned an Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Ozarks Technical Community College. She has a passion for teaching executive function skills, including planning and organizing, attention, working memory, inhibition, cognitive flexibility, time management, and emotional regulation. Abagail loves her job because she gets to play! She loves having the ability to be creative and to individualize each activity to a child's interest while fostering a deep rapport. Abagail is an adaptable and optimistic team member who loves hiking, reading, and crocheting.

Abby earned a Masters of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Central Missouri. She is passionate about communication being a basic right and loves to empower children to communicate by providing them the tools to express their wants, needs, and feelings. She is an experienced feeding therapist with a love of learning. Her favorite thing about working for Kindred is getting to be creative, silly, and playful while making meaningful connections and teaching new skills. She is a joyful and collaborative team member with a love for gardening, music, and her cats.

Speech Therapist, Owner
Allison earned a Masters of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas. She is passionate about helping caregivers with infant and toddler feeding difficulties because of the feeding struggles she went through with her children. Allison was a Clinical Director for 7 years prior to opening Kindred Pediatric Therapy. Her favorite part of being a therapist and owner is working hard to provide the best resources for the children in her community. Allison adores the team members of Kindred and loves coming up with creative ways to keep therapy fun and exciting for everyone. She is a passionate and hard-working team member with a love for her boys (husband, 2 sons, and dog), playing outside, and audiobooks.
Office Manager Brooke grew up in Greenland, Arkansas and graduated from Greenland High School. She has a passion for managing a caring and growing administrative team. She is organized, patient, and well loved by all at Kindred. Brooke adores getting to watch our clients grow and meet their goals, plus she loves getting to work with such a fun and amazing team. She is an encouraging and inclusive team member who loves kayaking and playing board games with her family.

Cris earned a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Northwest Arkansas Community College. She has a passion for helping children grow to the best of their ability. Her favorite part of being a physical therapist is getting to play and work at the same time. Cris is an open-minded and easy-going team member who loves hiking and audiobooks.
Care Coordinator Dariany grew up in Springdale, Arkansas and graduated from the Don Tyson School of Innovation. She loves her job because she gets to interact with kids every day. Dariany is bilingual in English and Spanish and has an interest in Psychology. She is an enthusiastic and welcoming team member who loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and music.
Referral Specialist Emily graduated from Northwest Arkansas Community College with a degree in Medical Billing and Coding. She is passionate about helping patients and families have a positive experience. She loves her job because she gets to connect with patients and build a strong and trusting relationship with them. Emily is a patient and kind team member who loves spending time with her son, gardening, and taking her German Shepherd on walks.
Therapy Aide Jasmine graduated from the University of the Ozarks with a degree in Health Science and plans to continue her education in Physical Therapy. She is passionate about helping people by giving back and being a light for them. Jasmine loves her job because she gets to watch kids reach their goals. She is a compassionate and helpful team member who loves being outdoors, her dog Willow, and traveling.

Her interest area includes bilingual speech-language pathology to effectively serve diverse, multilingual populations and address their unique communication needs. Karime is an empathetic and inclusive team member who loves photography, working out, and cooking.

Kylie earned a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Arkansas. She has a passion for promoting independent daily living and executive functioning skills. Kylie loves her job because she puts the "fun" in function for the children and families she serves. Her areas of specializations include sports injuries and pediatric orthopedics. She is a creative and engaging team member who loves concerts, Razorback sports, and her silver lab, Georgia.

Lindsay earned a Masters of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas. She is passionate about building on the strengths that each child already possesses, meeting them where they are, and helping them improve communication or feeding skills in a fun and positive way. Lindsay loves her job because she gets to see the kids' smiles and faces light up when they know their communication has been seen and heard. She is certified in Natural Language Acquisition and Gestalt Language Processing, as well as Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing. Lindsay is a playful and highly skilled therapist who loves riding bikes with her husband and kids, cooking, learning, and listening to music.

Makenzie is a caring and fun team member who loves the outdoors, reading, and her family.

Shawna earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She has a passion for helping children move within their environments safely and independently so they can better participate in family, school, and community activities. Shawna loves her job because she loves the kids she works with and their families, plus she has a tender heart for the infants she serves! Shawna has over 15 years of pediatric physical therapy experience and specializes in Torticollis and is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. She is a collaborative and admired team member who loves her family, her plants, and reading.

Whitney earned a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. She is passionate about helping kids participate in the things they want to do because every child deserves that. Whitney loves her job because she has amazing coworkers and gets to play with Kindred's therapy dog, Turtle! Whitney's special areas of interest include working with babies and learning about early brain development. Whitney is an innovative and charismatic team member who loves karaoke, pickleball, and her dogs.

Certified Therapy Dog
Turtle completed his Therapy Dog Certification in 2024. He has a passion for chasing balls, snuggling team members, and getting pets from Kindred kids. His interest areas include helping children with transitions, comforting emotional disregulation, and assisting with interactive play. He is a fluffy and social team member who loves chewing bones, playing with his brothers, and sitting on his moms lap.
