Occupational Therapy Assistant Abagail earned an Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Ozarks Technical Community College. She has a passion for teaching executive function skills, including planning and organizing, attention, working memory, inhibition, cognitive flexibility, time management, and emotional regulation. Abagail loves her job because she gets to play! She loves having the ability to be creative and to individualize each activity to a child's interest while fostering a deep rapport. Abagail is an adaptable and optimistic team member who loves hiking, reading, and crocheting.

Speech Therapist, Lead Therapist Abby earned a Masters of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Central Missouri. She is passionate about communication being a basic right and loves to empower children to communicate by providing them the tools to express their wants, needs, and feelings. She is an experienced feeding therapist with a love of learning. Her favorite thing about working for Kindred is getting to be creative, silly, and playful while making meaningful connections and teaching new skills. She is a joyful and collaborative team member with a love for gardening, music, and her cats.

Speech Therapist, Owner Allison earned a Masters of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas. She is passionate about helping caregivers with infant and toddler feeding difficulties because of the feeding struggles she went through with her children. Allison was a Clinical Director for 7 years prior to opening Kindred Pediatric Therapy. Her favorite part of being a therapist and owner is working hard to provide the best resources for the children in her community. Allison adores the team members of Kindred and loves coming up with creative ways to keep therapy fun and exciting for everyone. She is a passionate and hard-working team member with a love for her boys (husband, 2 sons, and dog), playing outside, and audiobooks.

Office Manager Brooke grew up in Greenland, Arkansas and graduated from Greenland High School. She has a passion for managing a caring and growing administrative team. She is organized, patient, and well loved by all at Kindred. Brooke adores getting to watch our clients grow and meet their goals, plus she loves getting to work with such a fun and amazing team. She is an encouraging and inclusive team member who loves kayaking and playing board games with her family.

Speech Therapist Brooke earned a Masters of Speech Language Pathology from Arkansas State University. She has a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges related to communication and feeding. Brooke loves her job because she gets to make meaningful connections with children and their families and because it is so rewarding to watch them progress and reach their full potential. Her interest areas include literacy and pediatric feeding disorders. Brooke is a compassionate and kind-hearted team member who loves going on walks, reading, and shopping.

Physical Therapy Assistant Cris earned a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Northwest Arkansas Community College. She has a passion for helping children grow to the best of their ability. Her favorite part of being a physical therapist is getting to play and work at the same time. Cris is an open-minded and easy-going team member who loves hiking and audiobooks.

Care Coordinator Dariany grew up in Springdale, Arkansas and graduated from the Don Tyson School of Innovation. She loves her job because she gets to interact with kids every day. Dariany is bilingual in English and Spanish and has in interest in Psychology. She is an enthusiastic and welcoming team member who loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and music.

Marketing Specialist, Referrals Specialist Emma earned a Digital Marketing Bachelor's degree from Arkansas Tech University. She has a passion for showing others the joy that occurs daily at Kindred. Emma loves getting to see the kids grow in a wide variety of skills and enjoys all of her coworkers. She is a creative and focused team member who loves reading, photography, and spending time with friends and family.

Speech Therapist Grace earned a Masters of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas. She has a passion for play-based, child led therapy that focuses on connection over compliance. Grace loves her job because she is able to collaborate with families and problem solve ways to best meet their child's specific communication needs. Her special interest areas include early intervention, AAC, pediatric feeding disorders, and articulation disorders. Grace is a compassionate and patient team member who loves hiking, playing pickleball, and baking sourdough bread.

Therapy Aide Jordyn is currently enrolled at the University of Arkansas to earn a bachelors in Psychology. She has a passion for helping others and loves her job because she gets to assist therapists and provide support to all of her coworkers. Jordyn is a caring and cheerful team member who loves being outside, gardening, and baking.

She has a passion for bridging any communication gaps children may have and helping them live meaningful lives full of connection. Katie loves her job because she gets to build relationships with kids and their families. Her interest areas include Autism and gestalt language processing. Katie is a joyful and tender hearted team member who loves running, traveling, and swimming.

Physical Therapist Kirstin earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Missouri State University. She has a passion for making a difference in the lives of the kids and families she serves. Kirstin loves her job because she gets to watch her patients do things they did not know or think they could. Her interest area is pediatric pelvic floor therapy. Kirstin is a dependable and determined team member who loves spending time with friends, being outdoors, and reading.

Occupational Therapist, Fun Coordinator Kylie earned a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Arkansas. She has a passion for promoting independent daily living and executive functioning skills. Kylie loves her job because she puts the "fun" in function for the children and families she serves. Her areas of specializations include sports injuries and pediatric orthopedics. She is a creative and engaging team member who loves concerts, Razorback sports, and her silver lab, Georgia.

Speech Therapist, Mentor Lindsay earned a Masters of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas. She is passionate about building on the strengths that each child already possesses, meeting them where they are, and helping them improve communication or feeding skills in a fun and positive way. Lindsay loves her job because she gets to see the kids' smiles and faces light up when they know their communication has been seen and heard. She is certified in Natural Language Acquisition and Gestalt Language Processing, as well as Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing. Lindsay is a playful and highly skilled therapist who loves riding bikes with her husband and kids, cooking, learning, and listening to music.

Occupational Therapist Lydia earned a Masters of Occupational Therapy from University at Buffalo. She has a passion for learning from individuals in the disabled community, meeting them where they are in their journey, and coming alongside them and their family. Lydia loves her job because she has the ability to think outside the box, make a difference everyday, and work with really wonderful people. She has 11 years of Occupational Therapy experience and her interest areas include working with teens and young adults, LGBTQ+, low vision, and memory care. Lydia is a creative and inclusive team member who loves her two Corgis (Kevin and Karen), traveling the world, and creating beauty.

Occupational Therapy Assistant Makenzie earned an Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Crowder College. She has a passion for advocating for her patients and adapting environments and activities to make them as functional as possible. Makenzie loves her job because she gets to build strong connections and relationships with her kids! She has many years of OT experience in the schools and her interest areas for therapy include Sensory Processing and Handwriting. Makenzie is a caring and fun team member who loves the outdoors, reading, and her family.

Physical Therapist Sarah earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri. She has a passion for empowering kids to do whatever they put their mind to and showing them they are able to accomplish anything. Sarah loves her job because she has the opporunity to watch each child grow while also growing along with them. Her special interest areas include working with children with Autism and aquatic therapy. Sarah is a creative and engaging team member who loves to get coffee with friends, hike, play pickleball, and watch sports.

Physical Therapist, Lead Therapist Shawna earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She has a passion for helping children move within their environments safely and independently so they can better participate in family, school, and community activities. Shawna loves her job because she loves the kids she works with and their families, plus she has a tender heart for the infants she serves! Shawna has over 15 years of pediatric physical therapy experience and specializes in Torticollis and is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. She is a collaborative and admired team member who loves her family, her plants, and reading.

Therapy Aide Sutton is currently enrolled at the University of Arkansas to earn a bachelors in Exercise Science and is on track to go on to graduate school for Occupational Therapy. She has experience working with and caring for children for over 9 years and has a passion for helping children accomplish their goals and feel like their best selves. Her main goal is to complete school and become a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. Sutton is a caring and compassionate team member who loves to run, hang out with friends, and play the piano.

Occupational Therapist Whitney earned a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. She is passionate about helping kids participate in the things they want to do because every child deserves that. Whitney loves her job because she has amazing coworkers and gets to play with Kindred's therapy dog, Turtle! Whitney's special areas of interest include working with babies and learning about early brain development. Whitney is an innovative and charismatic team member who loves karaoke, pickleball, and her dogs.

Certified Therapy Dog Turtle completed his Therapy Dog Certification in 2024. He has a passion for chasing balls, snuggling team members, and getting pets from Kindred kids. His interest areas include helping children with transitions, comforting emotional disregulation, and assisting with interactive play. He is a fluffy and social team member who loves chewing bones, playing with his brothers, and sitting on his moms lap.
